Brief History
Born in a small clan outside of Bukyo on the main island of Hingashi, Kura made her way to the free trading city of Kugane as a young girl.Unfortunate events would lead her to being wrapped up in the clutches of the Black Jade Syndicate; a nefarious yakuza gang that loomed over the city of Kugane. So, she was groomed to become the puppet of the leader of the Jades, being nothing more than a hound he would set upon his enemies.A shadow, as swift as a spirit of the night, she would no longer be a person, but purely a vessel of violence. Faceless to outsiders and their enemies, she would be branded the J₳ĐɆ ₴₱łⱤł₮ of the Syndicate - and would aid in the continued success of the high-class gang for years to come.But a caged beast only stays obedient for so long.

Kura is missing her index finger on her left hand, as well as both her pinky toes on her feet.She is adorned with plenty of scars from battle, the most dominant is the thick scar that runs from the base of her neck down to the bottom of her spine, as if someone tried to cut her open.Upon her back is the work of art of a dragon, tattooed in black jade upon porcelain skin. Its tail starts at her right shoulder, and it's head ends on her right hip. In it's mouth is a slain golden viper - based off the colours and scars, it was recently added. However, since the woman covers most of her skin, it's hard to see many of these imperfections.Specialised gloves would make it seem as if she had all her digits. And when she isn't covered, a glamour will be cast to make it seem as if no marks were upon her skin.

Character is on Balmung, Crystal DC. I do RP on Discord but I'm trying to get back into In Game, too! Though it needs to be organised before hand due to Work/Life!Player is over 21. Other Information
Kura is not a 'nice' character. She has many toxic traits and usually is surrounded by dark themes and heavy conflict. She has her softer sides, but it takes a lot of time and effort to get that level of trust from her. That being said, if it's short or long-term RP you're looking for, I'm easy with both. Just don't expect her to like your character from the get-go, not unless they really impress her.IC is IC. OOC is OOC. The crimes she has committed in the name of her master are many, and it seems as though she hold no remorse for the countless lives she has been forced to take. Her wrath is known in the right circles, the whispers of the Jade Spirit travel even further - the reach of her deeds exceeded beyond what she thought possible.But it was all in the name of her Lord. And he desired the fear that came with this creature, he desired the desperation that would come when these people would come to his door and request a favour - knowing fine well, she lurked not too far away.As she walks the streets, she knows not that parents tell their children of the wicked spirit who will come for them in the night if they misbehave. She knows not of the worries the people have should they take a wrong turn, and come face to face with the Jade Spirit.

The Black Jade Syndicate, a nefarious gang in the region of Kugane. From the mundane to the murderous, they are known throughout the region to be nothing but ruthless. Their Oyabun, Lord Yamada is notorious for his firm hand and firmer judgement. If you are late on payment, he will seek justice. If you go against his word, he will ensure you can never do so again. If you seek the ire of the Black Jade Syndicate, then by all means, stray into their turf. Try to take what is not yours, and see how he will ensure you have nothing to return to once you fail.The Syndicate is regarded to be in it's current prime. Lord Yamada's reach is far, the cogs of his machine working to a trained perfection. His days are quiet, peaceful, almost. He knows his subordinates work hard in his name.You would be a fool to make a deal with the Jade Syndicate, but desperation can make a man do many foolish things. You would not be the first, or the last, to request aid from the Syndicate - though, fear not. If you make your amends before your time is up, you may find yourself greeted with a warmer face by Lord Yamada.
